81Eighty is hiring an Account Manager for its Custom team in Frisco, TX. Hybrid working environment. The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, sourcing goods, executing programs and achieving revenue and gross margin goals. The custom team focuses on project-specific orders and works with multiple customers across different departments with various delivery dates. Responsibilities: act as point-of-contact between client and the 81Eighty team, delivering a high level of customer service; lead client-facing calls and in-person meetings, travelling as needed; manage custom project requests from assigned accounts; provide direction and lead collaborative strategy with the sourcing and production coordinator; source and quote projects to meet client requirements; manage multiple projects at once; ensure accurate and timely execution of projects from initial request to delivery; achieve annual or project-based revenue goals while hitting profit margins; track routine sales reporting; seek new opportunities within the current client base; partner with the manager to plan annual sales budgets. Qualifications: 3+ years of account management experience; 3+ years in the promotional products industry; proven ability to create strong client relationships, problem solve and think strategically; ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks; ability to present and sell solutions and strategies; clear communication, detail-oriented and organised; positive, driven team player.
