Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

GetJob offers paid top-up plans ("Jobseeker Premium" and "Company Plan") that add bonus contact reveals to an account. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

Refund eligibility

  • Unused quota: If you have not used any of the bonus contacts added by your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.
  • Partial use: If some bonus contacts have been used, a pro-rata refund may be considered at our discretion.
  • No refund: Once all bonus contacts from a purchase have been consumed, no refund is available.
  • Technical issues: If you were charged but your account was not credited, write to us immediately and we will resolve it within 24 hours.

How to request a refund

Email info@getjob.sbs with your registered email address and Razorpay payment ID. We respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation

GetJob does not offer subscriptions — all plans are one-time purchases. There is nothing to cancel. Your bonus contacts remain active on your account until used.
