Questions people actually ask
Whose e-mail address do the applications come from?
Yours, and only yours. You connect your email once with a secure sign-in; every application leaves from that mailbox, so every reply lands in your inbox. Nothing ever sends from a GetJob address and we cannot read your inbox.
What happens when I hit my daily limit?
Nothing is lost. Matches over the cap wait in the queue and send themselves after the midnight UTC reset. On Free that means 3 a day; a paid plan simply raises the number.
Can I cancel? What about refunds?
Cancel any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month and your allowance drops back to Free. Because the allowance is consumed daily, refunds are considered case by case within 7 days of the first charge: write to info@getjob.sbs. Full terms in the refund policy.
How do I pay?
Payments are being switched on.. Card details go straight to the processor; GetJob never sees or stores them. Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel.
Is GetJob free?
Browsing all 5,700+ listings, saving jobs, alerts, opening contacts you already revealed, and reporting a recruiter who asks for money — free, forever, no card. Plans only raise how many applications the assistant may send for you each day.
Will the assistant apply to jobs I would reject?
No. It applies strictly inside the filters you set — location, mode, experience, salary, skills — and each match shows the reasons it qualified. Relax a filter and it applies wider; tighten it and it stops.

Posting roles is free. The Company Plan top-up (₹499, one-time) adds +200 contact reveals for hiring teams.
Payment & refund policy
Subscriptions are processed by Razorpay or Stripe; we never see or store card details. Plans renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term. Because the allowance is consumed daily, refunds are considered case by case within 7 days of the first charge: write to info@getjob.sbs. Reporting a recruiter who asks for money is always free.
