We're Hiring | Account Manager – Recruitment / Staffing. Experience: 6+ Years. Work Mode: Remote. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with strong expertise in Domestic Recruitment / IT Staffing to manage client relationships, hiring requirements, and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, Act as the primary SPOC for client requirements, Handle IT staffing/recruitment accounts end-to-end, Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely closures, Follow up on submissions/interviews/offers and joining, Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts, Handle client negotiations/rate discussions and commercial coordination, Maintain regular client communication and account performance. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in IT Recruitment/Staffing/Account Management, Strong client relationship & stakeholder management skills, Experience handling C2H & Contract Staffing, Experience with corporate clients and vendor management preferred.
