Accountant - Job Description. Experience: 2 - 5 Years. Turnover: Rs 10-15 Crore. We are looking for an experienced Accountant with strong practical knowledge of end-to-end accounting and finance operations. Key Responsibilities: handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping and ledger maintenance; manage Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments and Journal entries; prepare Bank, Customer and Vendor Reconciliations; handle GST, TDS and basic Income Tax compliance; prepare Trial Balance, P&L and Balance Sheet; manage Accounts Payable and Receivable and outstanding follow-ups; prepare MIS and financial reports; support audit, finalization and statutory compliance; coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, vendors and customers. Required Skills: strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS and Taxation; proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel; good understanding of financial statements and reconciliations; ability to independently manage accounts of a Rs 10-15 Cr turnover company; B.Com/M.Com preferred.
