We are Hiring | Accounts Associate. We are looking for an Accounts Associate to join our team! Role: Accounts Associate. Location: Sector 32, Gurugram. Experience: 2-5 years | Semi-Qualified CA / CA Inter / ACCA or equivalent | Full-Time. Key Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day accounting activities in accordance with UK GAAP and company accounting policies. Support month-end close, including journals, Balance Sheet reconciliations and review of P&L movements. Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations and investigate outstanding items. Maintain AP & AR ledgers, prepare ageing reports and follow up on outstanding balances. Support preparation and processing of supplier payment runs. Prepare and maintain intercompany reconciliations. Support payroll accounting and reconciliations, including payroll journals, PAYE, NIC, pension and other payroll-related balances. Required Experience & Skills: Semi-Qualified CA / CA Inter with 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience. Prior hands-on experience with UK GAAP / UK accounting is preferred/essential. Good MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and SUMIFS. Accounting Software: Xero | QuickBooks | Sage | NetSuite | Pennylane | Other ERP / Accounting Software.
