The ideal candidate will have strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on ERP experience, advanced Excel skills, and preferably prior experience in a manufacturing environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping • Prepare invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries • Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable • Perform bank, vendor, customer, and intercompany reconciliations • Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting • Monitor expenses, purchases, and inventory-related accounting • Maintain accurate fixed asset records and supporting documentation • Ensure accurate accounting entries and data in the ERP system • Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis using Microsoft Excel • Support internal & external audits and statutory compliance • Coordinate with various departments for accounting and financial requirements 🔹 Candidate Requirements 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce or a related field 💼 3–7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing 💻 Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems 📊 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel 📚 Good knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting 🧠 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 🤝 Good communication and coordination skills 🌍 Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment 📩 Interested candidates?
