Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities. Bank, Vendor & Customer Reconciliations. Month-End & Year-End Book Closure Support. Ledger Scrutiny and Financial Documentation Management. GST, TDS, PF & ESI Compliance Activities. MIS Reporting and Tracker Management in Google Sheets. Audit Support and Statutory Compliance Assistance. Updating commission records from platforms like Swiggy & Zomato. Professional communication through Email and Google Meet. Skills We Are Looking For: Strong Accounting & Bookkeeping Knowledge. Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, PF & ESI. Expertise in Tally and MS Excel. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills. Reconciliation and Ledger Management Experience. Knowledge of Month-End Closing Procedures. Good Email Drafting & Communication Skills. Accuracy, Discipline, and Attention to Detail. Tools You Will Work With: Tally, Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Gmail / Outlook, Google Sheets.
