We're Hiring | Accounts Executive. HaystackAnalytics is looking for an Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team in Navi Mumbai. Position: Accounts Executive. Experience: 1–3 years. Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent. Location: Navi Mumbai. Work Mode: Full-time | On-site. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain records in ERP/accounting software, Pass journal/payment/receipt/purchase and sales entries, Perform bank and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies, Manage accounts payable/receivable/vendor invoices and payment schedules, Assist with TDS/GST and statutory compliance, Verify employee reimbursement claims and supporting documents, Support month-end closing/provisions/accruals/prepaid expenses and MIS reporting, Assist with internal and statutory audits, Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and support depreciation reconciliation. What We're Looking For: Strong understanding of accounting principles/bookkeeping and debit/credit, Good knowledge of TDS and GST, Strong reconciliation and analytical skills, Good command of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP/SUMIF/SUMIFS/Pivot Tables/IF/IFERROR, Experience with accounting software/ERP such as Tally Prime, Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines. Experience in a healthcare services company will be an added advantage.
