NOW HIRING: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SUPERVISOR – NYC. Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional ready to take the next step in your career? A growing organization in New York City is looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead day-to-day AP operations while supporting treasury and cash management activities. What You’ll Be Doing: Supervise the AP function and oversee an AP Coordinator, Manage high-volume invoice processing and payment workflows, Review and approve invoices, ACH, wires, checks, and payment requests, Handle vendor management, W-9s, banking information, and payment inquiries, Support treasury functions including ACH, wires, positive pay, and cash activity. What We’re Looking For: 2–5 years of progressive AP, Accounting, or Treasury experience, At least 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience preferred, Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred. Location: NYC. Full-Time | Accounts Payable Supervisor.
