A company in Coimbatore is hiring an experienced Admin & Finance Manager. Experience: 8–12 years. Compensation: competitive, based on experience. The role manages finance, payroll, statutory compliance, audit coordination and administrative operations for a large project workforce. Responsibilities: manage payroll for a large workforce, including shift-based employees; handle PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS and applicable labour-law compliance; manage payroll reconciliation and maintain accurate payroll records; prepare monthly financial reports, utilisation statements and cost reports; handle budgeting, cost control and financial documentation; coordinate audits and maintain audit documentation; manage vendors, invoices and administrative services; oversee office administration, assets and documentation; ensure compliance with applicable statutory and contractual requirements. Requirements: 8–12 years of overall experience; 6+ years of Finance/Administration experience; strong payroll management experience; experience handling a large workforce preferred; strong knowledge of statutory and labour-law compliance; experience in audit coordination and documentation; good knowledge of MS Excel, payroll/accounting systems and ERP/HRMS; Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Business Administration.
