Now Hiring: AP Staff Accountant | Burlington, MA | Hybrid. $70K-$75K. Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote. Direct Hire + Strong Benefits. What you will be handling: Accounts payable, vendor invoices, payments, and month-end accruals. Daily banking activity, cash application, merchant account reconciliations, and deposits. Month-end reconciliations including AP, prepaid expenses, credit cards, and fixed assets. Journal entries and cash reporting. What they are looking for: Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Prior accounting/AP experience. Strong Excel skills. Sage Intacct experience is a plus.
