I am working with an established and growing organization in the healthcare services industry that is looking to add an experienced AP Staff Accountant to its accounting team. $70K-$75K. Burlington, MA. Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote. Direct Hire + Strong Benefits. What you will be handling: Accounts payable, vendor invoices, payments, and month-end accruals. Daily banking activity, cash application, merchant account reconciliations, and deposits. Month-end reconciliations including AP, prepaid expenses, credit cards, and fixed assets. Journal entries and cash reporting. Excel-based financial and operational reporting. Sales/use tax filings and year-end 1099 processing. What they are looking for: Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Prior accounting/AP experience with the ability to work independently. Strong Excel skills including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP. Sage Intacct experience is a plus. Professional, polished, dependable, and detail-oriented.
