Experience: 5+ Years. Salary: ₹9–10 LPA. Employment Type: Full-Time. Role Overview: We are looking for a hands-on and responsible HR professional who can independently take ownership of end-to-end HR Operations, Payroll Coordination, Statutory Compliance, and Employee Lifecycle Management. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage end-to-end HR Operations, Handle the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, Manage and coordinate monthly payroll processing/attendance/leave and employee data, Independently handle EPF/ESIC/Labour Welfare Fund/Shops & Establishments and other applicable statutory compliances, Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, Manage HR documentation/employee records/HR policies/MIS and HR reports, Handle employee queries/HR processes and employee relations, Coordinate with internal teams/consultants and external agencies, Support audits/inspections/statutory filings and compliance documentation. Candidate Profile: 6+ years of relevant HR experience, Strong hands-on experience in HR Operations & Payroll Coordination, Ability to independently manage EPF/ESIC & statutory/labour law compliance, Good communication/coordination and problem-solving skills.
