Role Requirements: 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in a Public Practice environment (AU-based client). Strong knowledge of Payroll, BAS, IAS, TPAR, payroll tax returns, and Balance Sheet reconciliation/reporting. Xero experience required; other cloud-based accounting software is a plus. Experience handling clients across various industries and levels of complexity. End-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience. Bank and credit statement reconciliations. Month-end and EOFY preparation and reporting. Strong client relationship-building skills. Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to handle some receptionist duties, including answering phone calls.
