Job Summary – Working Capital Management (RTR): We are looking for an experienced Working Capital Reconciliation Analyst to manage reconciliations related to Accounts Receivable, Cash, Bank, Intercompany and Working Capital accounts. The role involves identifying and resolving discrepancies, managing aged unreconciled items, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting cash flow optimization through timely reporting and analysis. Roles & Responsibilities: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of working capital accounts. Reconcile Accounts Receivable, cash, bank accounts, and intercompany balances. Investigate and resolve reconciliation variances and aged outstanding items. Validate cash receipts, payments, and bank transactions against ERP records. Analyze working capital metrics including DSO, DPO, and Cash Conversion Cycle. Coordinate with business units, Treasury, Accounting, and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies. Prepare reconciliation reports, ageing analysis, and management dashboards. Support Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End Closing activities. Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and company policies. Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives. Assist with audit requirements by providing reconciliation schedules and supporting documentation. Skills Required: Working Capital Management. RTR / R2R. Accounts Receivable & Reconciliation. Cash & Bank Reconciliation. Intercompany Reconciliation. Ageing Analysis & Variance Analysis. DSO / DPO / Cash Conversion Cycle. Accounting & Financial Reporting. Advanced Excel – VBA, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc. Good Communication Skills. Good Accounting Knowledge. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field. 4–6+ years of relevant experience in Finance Reconciliation, O2C, R2R, Treasury, or Working Capital Management.
