Genus Electrotech Ltd. is looking for an experienced CCTV Project In-Charge to lead and coordinate R&D and Quality activities for CCTV/surveillance products in Gandhidham, Gujarat. Industry: CCTV / Electronics Manufacturing. Responsibilities: lead CCTV product development projects from concept to production; coordinate between R&D, Quality, Production, Purchase and suppliers; drive product testing, validation and quality approvals; monitor project timelines, deliverables and technical issues; handle RCA, CAPA, customer complaints and quality improvement; coordinate PCBA, camera modules, hardware, firmware and product testing; ensure product compliance with defined specifications and quality standards; manage NPI, pilot production and mass production activities; work closely with OEM/ODM customers and suppliers. Preferred profile: 5–12 years of experience in CCTV/IP camera/surveillance/electronics; strong experience in both R&D and Quality coordination; experience handling projects independently as a Project Lead/Project In-Charge; strong knowledge of CCTV products, PCBA, testing and troubleshooting; experience in OEM/ODM/electronics manufacturing preferred; strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
