Socure is hiring a Compliance Operations Manager embedded within its product team supporting Watchlist and AML solutions. The role is multi-faceted—part customer success, part product strategist, and part tinkerer and builder. It is a hands-on role that helps customers implement Socure’s solutions into their compliance programs, while scaling how the company incorporates global regulatory context into training, operations, roadmap and agentic platform. The team is looking for someone with deep sanctions and AML expertise, who has played roles across the lines of defence and sat across the table from auditors defending a program.
