HIRING – CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTING & COST CONTROLS MANAGER. Location: Fully Remote | U.S. Construction. Role: Individual Contributor. One of our U.S.-based clients is looking for an experienced Construction Accounting & Cost Controls Manager. Key Responsibilities: Construction accounting & job cost control, Contracts/commitments & change orders, Subcontractor & owner billing/receivables, Construction loan requisition support, Construction payroll & labor cost accounting, Cost intelligence/estimating & procurement support, Procurement analytics & sourcing support, Lumber & commodity market monitoring. Mandatory Experience: 4+ years of direct U.S. construction accounting experience, Direct U.S. prevailing wage & certified payroll experience is mandatory, Experience with Davis-Bacon and state/local prevailing wage requirements, Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or related field. Candidates with only general bookkeeping or conventional payroll experience will not meet the requirements.
