Looking for a CRM Executive to join the CRM/Retention Marketing team. Responsibilities: execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across Push Notifications, Email, WhatsApp, RCS, In-App Messaging, manage customer audiences and segments, conduct campaign QA and validation, monitor automated customer journeys. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in CRM/Retention/Lifecycle Marketing, hands-on experience with CRM campaign execution, strong understanding of audience segmentation. Experience in FinTech, Banking, E-commerce, SaaS or Consumer Technology preferred. Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai.
