Responsibilities: execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across Push Notifications, Email, WhatsApp, RCS, In-App Messaging, manage customer audiences and segments, conduct campaign QA and validation, monitor automated customer journeys. 1-3 years of experience in CRM/Retention/Lifecycle Marketing, hands-on experience with CRM campaign execution. FinTech/Banking/E-commerce/SaaS/Consumer Technology preferred. Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai.
