Finance Manager | Fully Remote | Up to £60,000. I am currently recruiting for a Finance Manager opportunity with a growing, PE-backed UK services group. This is a newly formalised role with genuine ownership across the transactional finance function, and I am particularly keen to speak with experienced Transactional Finance Managers who enjoy being hands-on and taking ownership. Salary: Up to £60,000. Location: Fully remote. Sector: PE-backed Services. Team: Managing an established transactional finance team. The role will have responsibility for: Accounts Receivable & Credit Control. Accounts Payable. Cash Management & Forecasting. Payroll. Financial controls & process improvement. Managing, coaching and developing the transactional finance team. Supporting month-end and working closely with the Group Financial Controller. The business is also going through an active M&A programme, so experience within a PE-backed or multi-entity environment would be particularly relevant. I am looking for someone who is hands-on, commercially aware and confident owning the detail, while also being a strong number two to the Group Financial Controller.
