Looking for an experienced and proactive FM Coordinator to join a leading Facility Management team in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities include coordinating with technical teams including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), AC & HVAC technicians, acting as the primary liaison between the client and company management, managing project takeover and handover processes, planning and managing manpower, handling soft services operations, and maintaining strong communication with clients, management and site teams.
