We are Hiring: Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Construction Accountant | REMOTE. Are you a detail-oriented bookkeeper who loves having everything reconciled to the penny? We are looking for a reliable Full-Charge Bookkeeper to own our monthly close process and keep clean books ready for our CPA. What you will do: Monthly Close: Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts. Reconcile A/R and A/P to the general ledger. Prepare accruals and prepaid amortization entries. Update WIP schedule and record over/under-billing adjustments. Review job margins and flag loss jobs / over-budget jobs. Prepare monthly P&L and Balance Sheet and explain variances. Keep supporting docs filed for every entry. Quarterly / Annual: Assist with sales tax, 1099s and required filings. Maintain fixed asset list and record depreciation. Prepare schedules and support for CPA, tax return, audit/review. Keep business licenses and permits up to date. What we are looking for: 3+ years as Full-Charge Bookkeeper, ideally in construction / job costing. Strong experience with WIP, job costing, and percentage of completion. Proficient in QuickBooks or Odoo Online / Desktop. Advanced Excel and super organized. English - Advanced. We offer: 100% Remote - WFH. Equipment provided. PTO Paid.
