Responsibilities: visual direction across marketing, website & brand assets, high-performing ad creatives for Meta & Google, social posts, carousels, templates & email design, landing pages & UI layouts in Figma, reusable design systems, print materials & occasional motion graphics. Requirements: strong Figma, Photoshop & Illustrator skills, real experience in marketing/performance creatives, solid eye for layout, spacing & visual hierarchy.
