Requirements: 12+ years of Fund Accounting experience, including 3+ years in a management role (Controller/Senior Manager/VP or equivalent); strong ASC 946 fund accounting expertise with knowledge of US GAAP & IFRS; experience with open-ended funds including subscriptions/redemptions/capital activity/incentive fees/NAV calculations/investor allocations/financial reporting. Location: Gurugram.
