Must have managed and monitored Green Field Projects, prepared detailed analysis reports of new projects for sustainability and viability, excellent relationship with Banks/FIs in fund management and working capital optimization, experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures and Private Equity Transactions, knowledge of IPO processing. CA with around 20 years of experience from manufacturing setups.
