BDHRS Talent · West Africa
BDHRS Talent is looking for an experienced Head of Finance for a leading hospitality organization in West Africa. Location: West Africa.
Got the HR number directly and had an interview the same week. No agent, no fee.
Candidate quality is better because applicants have already read the full role.
Most portals hide the contact. Here I could call the recruiter myself.
Posted here and filled the role without paying for a listing.
Filtered fresher-friendly roles and applied to six in one evening. Two called back.
Applicants call directly, so screening starts on day one.
Immediate joiner filter saved me weeks. Found a role starting the next Monday.
Reach into tier-two cities is stronger than the paid boards we used.
As a student the free contacts mattered. I did not pay anything at any point.
Straightforward posting flow. No sales call before it goes live.
Listings are recent and the companies are real. Rarer than it should be.
The immediate-joiner filter genuinely works. Saves both sides time.
Applied from my phone between classes. The mobile layout is genuinely quick.
Response volume was high without being unmanageable.
