WE ARE HIRING an HR & Compliance Executive. Location: Kolkata. Experience: 2-5 Years. Employment Type: Full-Time. We are looking for an HR professional with strong knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance and payroll-related activities, who can work closely with our CA and management team. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee records. Manage statutory compliance. Coordinate with CA for payroll, statutory filings and compliance requirements. Maintain employee documentation and attendance records. Support salary/payroll processing and related activities. Handle joining, exit and full & final documentation. Requirements: Good knowledge of PF & ESIC compliance. Understanding of payroll and statutory deductions. Experience coordinating with CA/accounting teams. Knowledge of labour laws and HR documentation.
