We are Hiring an HR Executive - HR Operations & Payroll. Company: DishTV India Limited. Location: Noida, Sector 144. Department: Human Resources. Experience: 3-5 Years. Salary: ₹35,000-₹38,000 In-Hand. Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred. Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records, payroll coordination, attendance, and HR MIS. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day HR operations and maintain accurate employee records. Maintain and update mediclaim data for new joiners. Handle HRMS, SAP, attendance, leave, and employee master data. Coordinate monthly payroll processing, including salary inputs, deductions, overtime, attendance, and leave data. Prepare and maintain HR MIS and reports using MS Excel. Manage employee documentation, onboarding, and exit/Full & Final formalities. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Excel - VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS & Reporting. Working knowledge of SAP & HRMS. Good understanding of Payroll & Attendance Management.
