Mayvent is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join their team and manage day-to-day HR Operations, payroll coordination and statutory compliance. Location: Bhandup, Mumbai Experience: 2-5 years CTC: ₹4–5 LPA Working Days: Monday to Saturday Key Responsibilities: - Manage employee records, HR databases and documentation - Handle joining formalities including PF, ESIC, KYC, etc. - Manage attendance, leave records and shift schedules - Coordinate with Accounts for payroll processing - Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, etc. - Coordinate with consultants for statutory filings and returns - Support performance appraisal and employee feedback processes - Handle resignations, exit formalities and Full & Final settlements - Conduct exit interviews and maintain relevant records What We're Looking For: - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of HR practices and labour laws - Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software/HRMS - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Hands-on experience in HR Operations and Payroll coordination Preference: Male candidates Interested candidates can share their updated resume via email or phone.
