Key areas of responsibility: • HR Operations & Employee Documentation • Payroll Coordination & Attendance Management • Statutory Compliance – PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc. • Labour Law Compliance & Documentation • HR MIS & Employee Data Management • HR Administration Key Skills ✅ Strong understanding of Payroll & Statutory Compliance ✅ Basic knowledge of Labour Laws ✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office ✅ Strong attention to detail ✅ Good communication and coordination skills ✅ Willingness to learn and grow in HR Operations Freshers are welcome to apply!
