We are Hiring an HR Manager (Filipino Only). Super Value Store Limited in Lae, Papua New Guinea, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager. This is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing daily HR operations. Candidate Profile & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5-10 years of proven HR experience, with substantial experience in a managerial or senior HR position. Strong experience in employee relations, industrial relations, recruitment, performance management, HR administration, disciplinary procedures, and workforce planning. Strong computer skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
