We are hiring an HR Manager. 5+ years of HR experience. Advertising Agency / Marketing Services background is mandatory. End-to-End Payroll experience is mandatory. Experience handling payroll for 300+ employees. Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus & TDS. F&F, leave management and payroll reconciliation. Labour Law & Statutory Compliance. HR MIS, HRMS/HRIS & Advanced Excel. Performance Management, Employee Engagement & HR Operations. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Candidates without strong hands-on Payroll & Compliance experience will not be considered.
