Looking for an experienced HR Officer. Key Responsibilities include handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and exit formalities, manage attendance, HRMS, employee records and HR documentation, prepare offer, appointment, confirmation and other HR letters, handle employee queries, engagement and performance activities, ensure labour law and statutory compliance, and maintain HR policies, reports and confidential employee records. Preferred Experience: HR experience in Manufacturing Industry. Required Skills: Good communication, MS Office, HRMS, labour law knowledge and strong coordination skills. Male Candidates Only.
