Hangry is hiring an HR Services Analyst! Passionate about HR Operations and creating a great employee experience? Join Hangry as an HR Services Analyst and play a key role in ensuring our HR processes run smoothly, accurately and efficiently across the employee lifecycle. In this role, you will: manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee data changes and offboarding; maintain accurate employee data and HR documentation in our HRIS and other HR systems; support HR operational processes, including payroll, attendance, benefits and employee documentation; respond to employee inquiries and provide timely HR support while escalating complex issues when needed; partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless HR services. We are looking for someone who: has at least 1 year of full-time experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, HR Shared Services or People Operations; Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Management or a related field; is familiar with HRIS platforms and proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; has a basic understanding of HR operations and employment regulations.
