Key Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining financial records and General Ledger entries. Support bank and credit card reconciliations. Help prepare basic financial reports, P&L, and Balance Sheets. Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Work closely with senior accountants on day-to-day accounting tasks. Assist with audit preparation and intercompany reconciliations. Maintain accurate documentation and financial records. Communicate with clients when required and assist in resolving accounting queries. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: B.Com or relevant degree. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping. US Accounting: Basic understanding of US accounting practices and principles. Communication: Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, or similar accounting software. Accounting Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles. Other Requirements: Ability to work remotely, manage tasks independently, and maintain accuracy in day-to-day work.
