Key Skills: Lease accounting & portfolio management. ASC 842 / IFRS 16. Right-of-Use (ROU) asset accounting. Lease liability calculations & schedules. Lease agreement review. Amortization schedules. Month-end reconciliations. US GAAP financial reporting. Specialized lease accounting and US GAAP experience are required. Open to Filipino candidates based in the Philippines only.
