WE ARE HIRING – MANAGER – ACCOUNTS. Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai. Experience: 5-6 Years. Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA. Qualification: M.Com. We are looking for an experienced Manager – Accounts to oversee and manage the company's financial operations for a dynamic retail organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting operations and financial controls, Ensure compliance with GST/TDS & statutory requirements, Handle statutory audits and financial reporting, Prepare Financial Statements/MIS & Management Reports, Coordinate with Operations/Procurement/Warehouse & Store teams, Manage vendor/bank and external auditor relationships, Assist with budgeting/forecasting and cost control, Identify process gaps and implement improvements, Lead and mentor the Accounts team. Key Requirements: 5-6 years of experience in a senior accounting role preferably in Retail, Strong knowledge of GST/TDS & statutory compliance, Experience with ERP systems, Strong financial reporting and analytical skills, Excellent communication and coordination skills, Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
