Create Impact. 👟🚀 CEL looking for an experienced Marketing & Business Development professional to drive growth across the Footwear Soles business and build strong relationships with leading brands, manufacturers, and exporters. 📍 Location: Open / Flexible 💼 Experience: 8–15 Years 🏭 Industry: Footwear | Footwear Components | Soles 🎯 What You'll Drive 🔹 Develop new business with footwear brands, manufacturers & exporters 🔹 Grow sales, margins and existing customer accounts 🔹 Build and manage a strong customer-wise sales pipeline 🔹 Drive new product developments from sampling to commercial conversion 🔹 Manage customer relationships & commercial negotiations 🔹 Strengthen sales forecasting, collections & market intelligence 🔍 We’re Looking For ⭐ Experience in Footwear Soles / Components / Footwear Industry ⭐ Strong network among footwear brands, manufacturers & exporters ⭐ Good understanding of TPR | TPU | PVC | EVA soles ⭐ Strong business development, negotiation & customer management skills ⭐ Willingness to travel extensively 📩 Interested in exploring this opportunity?
