QPS Employment Group is hiring an Onsite Program Manager in Racine, WI. As an Onsite Program Manager, you will play a key role in creating a successful partnership between the client and the people QPS employs. You will be the trusted on-site resource responsible for supporting employees, strengthening relationships, solving problems and helping ensure the operation runs smoothly. Responsibilities: lead and support employees working on-site; build strong relationships with the client and their leadership team; manage day-to-day staffing needs and employee concerns; partner with recruiting and operations teams to maintain a strong talent pipeline; monitor attendance, performance and employee engagement; address issues proactively; help create a positive, high-touch employee experience; serve as a trusted representative of QPS on-site. Requirements: strong leadership and communication skills; a natural relationship builder; ability to multitask, prioritise and make decisions in a fast-moving environment; problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail. Staffing, recruiting, HR, manufacturing or operations experience is a plus. Medical, vision, dental, 401(k) and one additional benefit.
