What the role covers

TAT HR Solution is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations & Compliance Executive. Responsibilities: manage candidate onboarding and employee exit formalities; handle PF and ESI compliance along with invoice creation; draft and issue official HR letters (Offer/Appointment/Relieving); process payroll and coordinate with clients for wage processing and operations. Strong practical knowledge of onboarding/exit procedures/HR documentation; hands-on experience with PF/ESI/statutory compliance/invoicing; sound knowledge of payroll calculations and wage management. Laptop mandatory. Location: Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office / 3 Days Work from Home).
