Studio Tenn is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to join our Leadership Team in Franklin, Tennessee. This new position will help strengthen how Studio Tenn works day to day - improving systems and workflows, supporting financial and people operations, and helping information, resources and priorities move effectively across the organization. We are looking for someone who combines strong organization, judgment, initiative and follow-through with a collaborative, hands-on approach - someone who can create structure without creating unnecessary bureaucracy. Experience in theatre or the nonprofit sector is welcome, but not required.
