Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad Experience: 5–8 Years Interview: F2F Interview Date: Saturday, 19th September 2026 Key Modules: - Global Payroll - Payroll Interface - Payroll Costing - Payroll Accounting - Payroll Reporting Roles & Responsibilities: - Gather and document payroll business requirements - Configure and support payroll elements, earnings, deductions, salary basis, calendars, payroll flows, retro-pay and off-cycle payroll - Support payroll processing, validation, reconciliation, costing and payroll accounting - Handle statutory compliance, tax calculations, social-security contributions and year-end payroll activities - Support integrations with Core HR, Time & Labor, Benefits, Banking, Finance and third-party applications - Develop and support payroll reports, HCM Extracts, interfaces, Fast Formulas, data conversions and workflows - Perform testing, UAT, deployment and production issue resolution - Coordinate with Payroll, HR, Finance, technical teams and vendors for root-cause analysis Required Skills: - 5–8 years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience - Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll - Hands-on experience in Payroll Configuration, Processing, Costing, Reconciliation & Accounting - Strong knowledge of Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI & HDL - Experience with Payroll Interfaces and HCM Integrations - Knowledge of statutory payroll compliance and payroll reporting - Experience in testing, implementation and production support - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills IMPORTANT: Only candidates who are willing to attend the F2F interview on Saturday, 19th September 2026 should share their profiles.
