We are hiring an Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Consultant in the UAE. We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementation/transformation, particularly with UAE Payroll, EOSB, Gratuity, Leave Salary and payroll localization. Location: UAE. Candidates: Must be currently based in UAE / living in UAE. Key Responsibilities & Expertise: strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud Implementation/Transformation; minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations/transformations; strong UAE Payroll knowledge including EOSB, Gratuity, Leave Salary, Allowances & Deductions; expertise in Payroll Elements, Balances, Payroll Definitions, Fast Formulas & Payroll Flows; strong experience in Payroll Costing, Payment Methods & Payroll Relationships; hands-on experience with HDL/HSDL, payroll data migration and reconciliation; experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher & OTBI for payroll reporting; integration experience with Core HR, Absence, Time & Labor, Finance/GL and Banking; knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and third-party payroll integrations; experience in SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll Testing, Cutover & Go-Live/Hypercare; strong understanding of Payroll Costing, SLA and GL Transfer processes; good knowledge of Oracle HCM Security, Roles and Data Access; strong client-facing skills with experience in requirements gathering, workshops, fit-gap analysis and solution design. Good to Have: KSA & India Payroll exposure; GCC/Multi-country payroll experience; OIC & payroll integrations; advanced payroll reporting & analytics; payroll automation and process improvement; user training, knowledge transfer & hypercare experience; strong stakeholder management and consulting skills. Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who can independently lead payroll design discussions, engage with business stakeholders, drive issue resolution and work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and technical teams.
