Must Have: 10+ years of Oracle HCM Payroll experience; 5+ years as Functional Lead; 3-5 Full Lifecycle Oracle Cloud Implementations; North American Payroll & US Payroll Taxation expertise; Payroll Processing/Troubleshooting/Compliance; Payroll Parallel Testing & Tax Update Validation; Fast Formula/HDL/HCM Extracts; BI Publisher & OTBI Reporting; Payroll Data Conversion & Integrations; Payroll-to-GL Integration. Oracle Cloud Payroll Certification preferred. Location: Newark, NJ (Remote/Hybrid).
