Responsibilities: hands-on functional experience on Oracle Cloud Payroll/OTL/Benefits modules; Implementation & Support on SaaS HCM Modules; functional design documentation/testing; handle tickets independently as Individual contributor; work on data conversions (HDL/HSDL), Fast Formula and BI Reporting. 4+ end-to-end implementations. Oracle HCM Cloud Certifications preferred. Remote. Contract. Immediate Joiners.
