Looking for a customer-focused Oracle HCM/Payroll Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 functional support through tickets and incoming calls. Key Responsibilities: provide first-level functional support for Oracle HCM and Payroll, assist users with payslips, payroll deductions, tax elections, tax withholding, guide employees through Oracle HCM self-service transactions, handle and resolve support tickets and incoming calls. Requirements: basic knowledge of Oracle HCM/Oracle Payroll, understanding of payslips, payroll, taxes, and tax withholding, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred.
