Responsibilities: evaluate customer interactions involving ACH payments, payment processing, settlements, deposits, withdrawals, funding workflows; assess ACH returns, failed deposits, payment reversals, settlement delays, disputes; review payment holds, reserves, risk reviews; evaluate NACHA guidelines, KYC, AML controls. Night Shift. Office-based.
