Ferretti Search is hiring a Remote Payroll Accountant / Payroll Specialist (Contract). Support payroll tax reconciliations, filings, and year-end payroll true-up activities in a fully remote environment. Research and resolve payroll tax notices, agency discrepancies, and employee tax-related issues. Process multi-state payroll and maintain compliance across federal, state, and local jurisdictions. Utilize ADP and UKG to ensure accurate payroll processing and reporting. Experience with payroll tax filings including 941, 940, W-2/W-3, and state/local returns preferred. $27-$29/hour | 100% Remote | Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
